Good Earth Realty isn’t a name I picked out of a branding exercise — it’s the name my dad ran as a broker in Redding and Shasta County for 30+ years.

Some of my favorite memories are from his real estate office, where he’d set me up with my own desk and my own space so I could play office while he worked. What I took from watching him wasn’t a sales system. It was that this business was never about the number of transactions or how much money was made — it was about taking care of people and doing the right thing when nobody was checking.

That’s how I run Good Earth Realty today across Shasta and Tehama County — Redding, Palo Cedro, Shingletown, Anderson, Cottonwood, Burney, Red Bluff — helping people buy and sell rural land, acreage, horse property, and homes. I keep my business small on purpose, because if you’re making a decision this big, you should be talking to the person actually doing the work. Born here, still here, and I answer my own phone.
